Pre heat oven to 350F, line baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat
In a bowl mix together coconut oil, maple syrup, egg whites and vanilla until smooth and combined.
Add in almond flour, collagen, baking soda and sea salt, mix until combined and fold in chocolate chips.
Make 1 tbsp balls and place evenly on baking sheet, I like to flatten out the dough a little with my fingers before placing into oven. Bake 10-12 minutes or until bottoms begin to get golden.
Let cool for 10 minutes before serving and enjoy!
