Pre-heat the oven to 425F.
In a bowl add broccoli, olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Mix these all and then coat the broccoli. Transfer to a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes.
At same time small baking dish bake almonds whole for 8-10 minutes.
Remove almonds – let them cool and then chop up.
Slice lemon into four thin slices, then cut into eighths.
Whisk dressing ingredients together - add broccoli, almonds and lemon slices and combine all together and transfer to serving dish.
