Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup frozen cherries
  • 1/3 cup raspberries
  • 1/3 cup wild blueberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp moringa powder
  • 1 tbsp LYNQ Genius Blend
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk / non dairy milk
  • 1/2 cup filtered water

Instructions

  • BLEND
  • Poor into your glass of choice. Can do half for now and half in an insulated bottle for later
