Pre heat oven to 350F. Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Meanwhile build your pizzas on the baking tray. Lay tortilla flat, add tomato sauce, top with veggies & vegan cheese.
Bake pizzas for 5-7 minutes (until cheese is starting to melt) and then change oven temperature to broil. Move tray to top rack and broil for 1-2 minutes until edges of tortillas are crispy and cheese is fully melted.
Remove from oven, let sit a few minutes and enjoy!
