Golden Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil or Ghee
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1.5 Cups Macadamia Nut Milk any non-dairy milk of your choice
  • Chocolate or Cinnamon powder optional

Instructions

  • Heat a small pot on medium low and when warm add coconut oil, let it melt then add Turmeric, Cinnamon, Pepper and whisk until combined
  • Add Macadamia Milk and whisk 5-7 minutes on and off until it thickens a bit
  • Add in Honey and which 1 more minute
  • Can top with chocolate or cinnamon powder. Serve and enjoy!
