Zaatar Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4-6 russet potatoes depending on size, cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp zaatar
  • Sea salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 F. Prep baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add cut up potatoes and season with olive oil, minced garlic, zaatar, salt and pepper.
  • Spread evenly on baking sheet and cook for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a little crispy.
  • Remove from oven and add more salt if needed, and enjoy!
