Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries can sub strawberries, both work
  • 1 serving vanilla protein I use NuFyx
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup filtered water

Instructions

  • Blend and enjoy
  • Adjust liquid and fruits to your liking for optimal thickness!
  • Enjoy with a straw or a spoon
