Homemade Hummus

Quick and easy hummus that is better than any store bought brand!

Servings 1 .5 cups

Equipment

  • Food processor
  • Container

Ingredients

  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 Can organic Chickpeas - drained and rinsed
  • 1 juice of lemon
  • 1 tsp Himalayan Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Tahini - sesame seed spread

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients into a food processor
  • Blend together until smooth (or until desired consistency)
  • Store in air tight container and refrigerate
