Homemade Hummus
Quick and easy hummus that is better than any store bought brand!
Course Appetizer, Side Dish
Prep Time 5 minutes minutes
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 Can organic Chickpeas - drained and rinsed
- 1 juice of lemon
- 1 tsp Himalayan Salt
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1 tbsp Tahini - sesame seed spread
Put all the ingredients into a food processor
Blend together until smooth (or until desired consistency)
Store in air tight container and refrigerate
