Vanilla Peanut Butter and Banana Shake

Equipment

  • Blender or Vitamix

Ingredients

  • ½ frozen banana if banana is not frozen, add ½ cup ice
  • 1 tsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 ½ cup unsweetened almond milk plain or vanilla
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant protein Cymbiotika
  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • 1 tbsp flax seed

Instructions

  • Place the banana in a blender (I use my Vitamix). Add in your milk.
  • Add in the other ingredients and blend until smooth.

Notes

Great for breakfast or a post workout snack. This same recipe can be used with other fruit too in substitute of the banana.
