Vanilla Peanut Butter and Banana Shake

Ingredients

frozen banana
if banana is not frozen, add ½ cup ice

tsp
natural peanut butter
1 ½
cup
unsweetened almond milk
plain or vanilla

scoop
vanilla plant protein
Cymbiotika

tbsp
maca powder
1
tbsp
flax seed
Instructions
Place the banana in a blender (I use my Vitamix). Add in your milk.
Add in the other ingredients and blend until smooth.
Notes
Great for breakfast or a post workout snack. This same recipe can be used with other fruit too in substitute of the banana.
