Combine all ingredients except avocado oil and shrimp in a bowl and whisk together until smooth
Throw in shrimps and coat with marinade evenly. You can marinate for as little as 15 minutes or as long as overnight. The longer the better but no stress they will be delicious either way
Using a skillet (cast iron preferably), heat the avocado oil on medium/ high heat and cook shrimp on each side for 3-4 minutes or until golden and little crispy
Plate and garnish with toppings of your choice! You can even add an extra drizzle of honey for added sweetness
