Basic Champagne Vinaigrette

Ingredients

Dijon mustard

minced fresh garlic

champagne vinegar

cup
olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the mustard, garlic, vinegar, 1 tsp salt and
½ tsp pepper.
While whisking, add in the olive oil, until the vinaigrette is emulsified.
Notes
This recipe makes 3/4 cup dressing
