Green Goddess Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ of a lemon the juice
  • ½ cup mixed herbs cilantro, parsley, dill
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 4 - 5 tbsp olive oil
  • Some sea salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all  ingredients and blend together in a blender or nutribullet. Blender is required as it will give dressing that nice creamy consistency.
  • Pour it over your salad and enjoy.
