Boston Lettuce Herb Salad

Ingredients

Salad

  • 1 large head of Boston lettuce
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro stemmed
  • ¼ cup fresh Italian parsley stemmed
  • ¼ cup fresh dill stemmed
  • 1 avocado cut into chunks

Green Goddess Dressing:

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ of a lemon the juice
  • ½ cup mixed herbs cilantro, parsley, dill
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 4 - 5 tbsp olive oil
  • Some sea salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Mix all salad ingredients into a bowl and combine.
  • Combine all dressing ingredients and blend together in a blender or nutribullet. This will give it that nice creamy consistency.
  • Combine and enjoy.
