large head of Boston lettuce

fresh cilantro stemmed

fresh Italian parsley stemmed

fresh dill stemmed

avocado cut into chunks
Green Goddess Dressing:

tbsp
Dijon mustard

tbsp
red wine vinegar

tsp
honey
½
of a lemon
the juice
½
cup
mixed herbs
cilantro, parsley, dill

garlic clove
4 - 5
tbsp
olive oil
Some sea salt and pepper
Instructions
Mix all salad ingredients into a bowl and combine.
Combine all dressing ingredients and blend together in a blender or nutribullet. This will give it that nice creamy consistency.
Combine and enjoy.
