Tara's Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter crunchy or smooth
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp oat flour
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
  • Add all of the ingredients together into a mixing bowl or electric mixer.
  • Scoop dough (about 1.5 tbsp/cookie) onto baking sheet.
  • Flatten tops with fork or fingers and bake for 8-10 minutes until bottoms of cookies are browned. Let cookies cool before serving and enjoy.
