Homemade Coconut Granola

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 3 Cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Hemp
  • 1/4 cup Chia
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  • Pre-heat the oven to 300F
  • Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • In a small pot on medium heat, add honey and coconut oil whisking until liquified remove from heat add in cinnamon and whisk together until combined.
  • In a large mixing bowl pour in the oats, hemp, chia and shredded coconut and add in the coconut oil honey mixture stirring together until coated.
  • Spread evenly on baking sheet
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, make sure to keep an eye on it every few minutes to check it's not getting too brown as it tends to burn quickly.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for 20 minutes - will be crunchy!
  • Can be served with yogurt, overnight oats, as cereal! Enjoy!
