Truffle Tartare

Ingredients

  • 150 grams sushi grade salmon you can get from fish monger or chop sushi grade salmon
  • 1 tbsp shallot minced
  • 1 tbsp black truffle oil
  • Sea salt pepper

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl mix black truffle oil and shallots. Then add the salmon and combine.
  • Transfer salmon into tartare molds and top with some additional sesame shallots and herbs if you like and enjoy!
