Ingredients

grams
sushi grade salmon
you can get from fish monger or chop sushi grade salmon

tbsp
shallot
minced
1
tbsp
black truffle oil
Sea salt pepper
Instructions
In a small mixing bowl mix black truffle oil and shallots. Then add the salmon and combine.
Transfer salmon into tartare molds and top with some additional sesame shallots and herbs if you like and enjoy!
