This is a fresh and different take on classic salmon tartare. Quick and easy starter that’s bound to be a crowd pleaser at any dinner party. Serve it with cucumber slices or tortilla chips!
- 150 grams sushi grade salmon you can get from fish monger or chop sushi grade salmon
- 1 tbsp shallot minced
- 1 tbsp black truffle oil
- Sea salt pepper
- In a small mixing bowl mix black truffle oil and shallots. Then add the salmon and combine.
- Transfer salmon into tartare molds and top with some additional sesame shallots and herbs if you like and enjoy!
