1/2tspchilli lime seasoningthis can be subbed for cayenne pepper and lime zest
1tsplime juice
1tbspparmesan or vegan parmesan
1tbspcilantrochopped
Instructions
On a BBQ (if you have access to one), cook your corn, husk on or off, this is at your preference. You can also roast corn in the oven or boil, cook to your liking.
Once corn is cooked, top with ghee or butter, sprinkle with lime juice, chilli, lime seasoning, parmesan and cilantro. Serve and enjoy!
