Combine Almond Flour, Coconut Oil and Maple Syrup in a bowl and mix together until combined.
Cover with wrap and place in fridge for 30 minutes to 24 hours.
Pre-heat the oven to 375F and prepare baking tray with parchment paper or a silicone baking sheet.
Remove from the fridge and form into 1" balls (makes about 12-14 cookies)
Press thumb down in center and add approx. 1 tsp of jam on each cookie.
Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
