Put your steak in the freezer for 30-45 minutes to make it easier to slice. Once ready, cut into thin, 1/4 inch slices Whisk together your sauce ingredients and set aside
Heat 1 tbsp avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat
Add your broccoli and cook, covered, for 5 minutes Remove broccoli from the skillet and raise the heat to medium high
Add another tbsp of avocado oil
Add your beef to the skillet in a single layer and sear for 2 minutes on each side
Turn your heat down to medium low and add your sauce
Simmer for 2-3 minutes to allow the sauce to thicken then add your broccoli and toss to coat
Remove from heat and serve over rice with a garnish of sesame seeds and green onion.
