A la Table Mango Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 mangos chopped
  • 1 diced red pepper
  • chopped red onion
  • 2 jalapeños chopped
  • Fresh Mint chopped about a handful - extra to use as garnish
  • 1 juice of lime can add more depending on preference
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cut all ingredients
  • Add to bowl
  • Combine together
  • Transfer to serving bowl (optional)
  • Garnish with mint
  • Serve and enjoy!
