In a large bowl, add honey, 1 tbsp cinnamon, 2 tbsp almond flour and apples. Mix together until all the apples are covered.
Pour apple mixture into a baking dish.
In another bowl mix together Old-Fashioned Oats, maple syrup, 3 tbsp almond flour, coconut oil and cinnamon. Combine them all.
Cover top of pie with crumble mixture.
Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool at least 10-15 mins before serving and enjoy!

This classic but healthier crumble can be made with berries, peaches, a mix of both. Really any fruit that works well as a crumble and that's in season! You can even use frozen fruit rather than fresh!
