Edamame Hummus Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups shelled cooked edamame
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/3 cup ice water
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 big handful cilantro
  • serve with Crackers or cut up veggies

Instructions

  • throw all the ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth!
  • serve with crackers or spread on a toast
