Preheat the oven to 400F. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for burgers. Form into patties. Should make about 6 medium patties.
Heat a cast iron skillet over medium/high heat and cook patties 3-4 minutes on each side. Transfer patties to oven for 6-8 minutes.
While the burgers are in the oven, prepare your tzatziki. Ensure you remove the seeds from the cucumber. You can easily do this by slicing the cucumber lengthwise, using a spoon, and scoop out the seeds. Then shred the cucumber using a cheese grater. Combine all tzatziki ingredients and mix together. You can adjust the flavour to your liking.
