Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 frozen banana
  • cacao nibs or chocolate chips as desired
  • 1/8 tsp to 1/4 tsp pure peppermint extract
  • 1/4 cup frozen or frozen spinach optional
  • 1/8 tsp salt (to bring out the flavor) optional

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth
