Peach Passionfruit Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 passionfruit insides scooped- you can also buy frozen chunks 1/2 cup frozen peach
  • 1 big handful of ice
  • 2/3 cup coconut water
  • 1 tbsp alcami powder you can omit if you dont have
  • 2 scoops vanilla or unflavored protein powder I use Nufyx

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender, it's always best to add less liquid and add more if needed. You want the consistency to be like frozen yogurt.
  • Serve in a bowl and top with some shredded coconut, sliced mango and passion fruit, or any toppings you like, enjoy!
