Clean and cut shrimp into 1 inch cubes. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, 1 tbsp avocado oil and all seasoning. Coat and toss until combined. Let sit for a minimum of 30 minutes, the longer the better.
Heat 1 tbsp avocado oil in a warmed skillet or pan, once oil is hot, add shrimp. Cook about 3-4 minutes per side.
Once shrimp is almost cooked, add in broth and let it come to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium-low until most of the liquid is absorbed.
Serve with your favorite tortillas or hard shells and toppings of choice and ENJOY
