Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 12-14 medium size shrimp
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • Sea salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Clean and cut shrimp into 1 inch cubes. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, 1 tbsp avocado oil and all seasoning. Coat and toss until combined. Let sit for a minimum of 30 minutes, the longer the better.
  • Heat 1 tbsp avocado oil in a warmed skillet or pan, once oil is hot, add shrimp. Cook about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Once shrimp is almost cooked, add in broth and let it come to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium-low until most of the liquid is absorbed.
  • Serve with your favorite tortillas or hard shells and toppings of choice and ENJOY
