Tasia’s Healthier Rice Krispy Treats

packs vegan marshmallows

brown Rice Krispies puffs
Instructions
Heat up a large pot on low heat and add in the ghee. Let it sit until all of the ghee is melted.
Still on low heat, add in marshmallows and stir it all around. Let it sit until the marshmallows melt together with the ghee.
Once combined remove from heat and stir in brown Rice Krispies and coat evenly.
In a pan coated with cooking spray, use a spatula or your hands to evenly press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. I use Le Creuset bakeware.
Let them cool down and cut into 2-inch squares and add any garnish of your choice.
Notes
These came out super delicious! I added some crushed-up candy cane, but you can add in chocolate chips, sprinkles, anything works.
