In a large pot, boil water and throw in the sweet potatoes. Boil for about 20 minutes until the skin starts to separate from the potato or until a fork pierces through easily.
Remove from the heat – skin should peel off easily.
In a bowl or the emptied pot, add peeled sweet potatoes, ghee, chicken broth, sea salt, pepper and steak spice.
Mash it all up! Go wild!
Notes
I use an immersion blender to puree my potatoes, but you can use a fork or potato masher or even a blender. This dish is lite, tight and easy to make.
