Slice bell peppers in half lengthwise. Wash, clean and dry
Turn on the oven to broil, cover baking tray with silicone matt or aluminum foil (I generally do not use aluminum foil but when broiling food, parchment paper will burn)
Place peppers skin side up under broiler for 15-20 minutes or until charred
Once charred remove from over and place in a paper bag or glass container for minimum of 30 minutes to let the peppers "sweat" making the skin easy to peel off
One cool enough to handle, remove the skin and slice peppers into smaller strips
Top with olive oil, sea sale and pepper. Optional add in garlic and parsley
