Preheat oven to 425F and line a baking tray with parchment paper or silicone mat.
Cut your potatoes into “fries,” I slice mine lengthwise (see video).
In a large mixing bowl combine the cut potatoes and avocado oil, sea salt, pepper, cayenne, garlic powder, parsley and with your hands mix it all until potatoes are covered.
Spread onto the baking tray – I try to keep space between them all.
Bake for 20-25 or until desired crispiness and ENJOY!
