Bring a pot of water to a boil
Wash and clean beets with some vinegar
Add your beets to the boiling water (releases a lot of extra starch) & wait until the beets are fork tender. This takes around 25-30 minutes.
Peel and chop beets into squares or cubes, as shown in my TikTok video, and add to a mixing bowl.
In a stainless steel pan and on medium heat, add in about 5 tbsp of avocado oil.
Next, in the beets bowl, sprinkle about 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp oregano, and sea salt to taste. Mix well and add to the stainless steel pan.
Sauté in avocado oil, flipping beets every couple of minutes. You will know when they are done when the edges are starting to darken in color.
