Ingredients

cup
cold water

cinnamon

coconut sugar
3 1/2
cups
almonds
not blanched
Instructions
Combine water, coconut sugar and cinnamon in saucepan.
Cook almonds in liquid on medium heat until all liquid is evaporated.
Spread on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with a little more coconut sugar.
Place under the broiler for a few more minutes.
