Add the chicken, cucumber, celery, cabbage and carrot mix, cherry tomatoes, green onions, and fresh herbs to a large mixing bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until smooth and creamy.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is evenly coated.
Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
Serve immediately, or refrigerate for 15–30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
