Preheat the oven to 375 F and prepare a baking tray with unbleached parchment paper. Toss cauliflower with seasonings and roast in a heated oven for 20-25 minutes. Until golden but not charred.
While your cauliflower is roasting, chop and prepare all other ingredients and vinaigrette.
Let cauliflower come to room temp and then combine all ingredients and toss with ACV Tahini Vinaigrette.
Serve with your favourite protein or on its own and ENJOY xo
