My green goddess dressing is always a standard sauce in my fridge. You may have seen it as part of my Boston lettuce herb salad recipe, but in case you missed it, below is the dressing as is. I use this as a staple on numerous salads, so I thought it deserved a stand alone page. It is THAT yummy.
Green Goddess Dressing
Servings 1 serving
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ of a lemon the juice
- ½ cup mixed herbs cilantro, parsley, dill
- 1 garlic clove
- 4 - 5 tbsp olive oil
- Some sea salt and pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and blend together in a blender or nutribullet. Blender is required as it will give dressing that nice creamy consistency.
- Pour it over your salad and enjoy.
