We all know Katherine for her love of all things wellness but lately, she’s taken things up a notch. We sat down with her to ask the questions everyone wants answered.
1. What does wellness look like for you on an ordinary day?
My routines are the foundation of my wellness. I have a variety of steps in my morning routine, but the ones I consider most important are dry brushing, proper mineralization and hydration, and rebounding. I also make an effort to manage my stress throughout the day, that’s as much a part of wellness as any supplement or workout.
2. What’s your reset ritual when you feel unbalanced?
It’s not the most relatable answer, but honestly going back to Miami. I’m more balanced, happier, and at ease there. There are fewer demands on my time, and I feel grounded and connected to nature. It’s where I align best.

3. Is there a wellness trend you’ve happily let go of?
The protein obsession. It’s too much. While protein is important, I think we need to focus more on the quality of the food we’re eating and on maintaining a balanced diet. People have become so fixated on hitting numbers that they forget to look at what they’re actually consuming and how it impacts their health overall.
4. What’s the simplest thing that’s made the biggest difference to your wellbeing?
Lemon water. It started everything for me. It sets the tone for my day, and when you begin your morning with intention even something as small as that, it subconsciously helps you make better choices all day long.

5. What are your thoughts on GLP-1s?
I think there’s a place for them for people who truly need support. You have to weigh the risks versus rewards. For someone who is 100 pounds overweight, the benefits can outweigh the risks. But for someone trying to lose 20 or 30 pounds, I don’t agree with it. These drugs come with long-term repercussions and there’s no magic pill. You still have to do the work.
6. How do you stay grounded when life feels chaotic, between being a founder, an influencer, and everything else?
I turn my phone off by 8 p.m. most nights so I can truly disconnect. I move my body every day, and I’ve become really good at prioritizing my mental sanity above everything else.
7. What does aging well mean to you right now?
I’m turning 40 in June, and lately I’ve been focusing on understanding my body better. I’ve done a range of functional testing, a full-body MRI, and comprehensive blood work to establish baselines. It’s not about vanity, it’s about being informed so I can live in a way that supports my future health. These tests are an investment in longevity. I want to be 90 and still have an incredible quality of life.
8. What’s your version of self-care that doesn’t cost anything?
Nature. Getting outside, watching sunrises and sunsets, it completely regulates me. It’s the purest, most grounding form of self-care.

9. Is there something you’ve unlearned about health that’s made you feel freer?
That health is about the basics. How you eat, how you sleep, how you move, what you think, that’s what matters most. Supplements and treatments are amazing add-ons, but they’re not the foundation. I used to think the “next-level” stuff was what made the difference, but it’s really the basics that count.
10. What’s your trick for surviving the holiday social calendar?
I’ve learned to only say yes to things that make me happy and that I truly want to be part of. Because of that, my social calendar is something I look forward to, it fills my cup instead of draining it.
