This has been my favorite post-workout hydration drink lately — simple, refreshing, and actually makes me feel hydrated!

Nature's Gatorade

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 1 small lime juiced
  • 1/4 cup blueberries or berries of choice
  • 1/8 –1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp–1 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  • Blend or shake together, strain and serve cold
