Our founder Katherine is a firm believer in the importance of daily rebounding as a step in her morning routine. It only takes a quick 10 minute session in the morning to jump into a new and exciting form of exercise, and obtain all the amazing health benefits. Rebounding involves a mini-trampoline, also known as a rebounder, to bounce and jump for efficient exercise. Rebounding combines a fun activity with achieving incredible mental and physical benefits.
