I am always updating and switching up my haircare products, I like trying new things and I also find my hair is constantly needing something new. Sometimes I am working on moisture, sometimes its hair loss and growth and other times my hair needs that extra shine.
Recently, I have been focusing a lot on growth and strength after going through a period of hair loss. I am happy to say that my miracle hair growth trio has really worked wonders for me and my hair seems to be back to its usual self.
I am currently loving some of the same products and some newbies! Focusing on overall hair health, strength, hydration and shine. Here are some of the products I am loving.
SHAMPOO
I am really loving Everist’s Waterless Shampoo Concentrate. It’s an innovative product because it contains no water. Making the product much more eco friendly and very easy to use. The product is a concentrate, almost like a paste texture and then you add the water in the shower. I love this formula because it’s made with clean ingredients, it lathers nicely and leaves hair and scalp super clean and soft. TREATMENT
If you have been around for a while, you might know that I’m not a conditioner girl. I wash my hair once a week, on average, so I like to use a good mask instead of conditioner. I recently got Dr Barbara Sturm’s Repair Mask and have been really loving it. This mask kind of “does it all” and doesn’t leave my hair greasy or weighed down. It repairs damage while hydrating the hair with Hyaluronic Acid and Shea Butter. It also contains Squalene, Vitamin B5 and other amazing ingredients that help smooth the hair’s outer layer without weighing it down. It’s a splurge but a little goes a long way and I am loving it.
OVERNIGHT TREATMENT
In case you missed me ranting and raving about it, I am completely hooked on Agent Nateur Holi (Locks) treatment. This is a serum style treatment that I apply the night before I’m going to wash my hair. I like to apply two big dropperfuls to my hand and massage it into my scalp and then take the remainder and comb through the lengths of my hair. This product is magical and really stimulates new hair growth and leaves hair so silky, smooth and nourished.
DRY SHAMPOO
I try not to use dry shampoo often because it creates build up on the scalp and dries out the hair but sometimes it’s necessary. I have been using The Crown Affair Dry Shampoo here and there and really love it. This product gently absorbs oils and enriches the scalp, leaving your hair voluminous, silky soft, and clean feeling. I like to use this after a sweaty workout. I apply with the brush and then rub into the scalp and run a quick blow-dryer through. It also leaves hair smelling amazing and fresh.
HAIR OIL / SERUM
Another product I haven’t stopped talking about is Agent Nateur Hair (Silk). This is their strengthening, softening peptide serum. I like to use this after washing on clean damp hair, I’ll use 3-4 drops (literal drops, this stuff is so concentrated you don’t need much). This product is excellent for overall hair health, softness and contains proteins and peptides to nourish hair follicles. I like to use a drop or two of this daily on the ends of my hair or on flyways, this product gives a nice refresh and helps so much to keep hair from being tangled. The smell is also insanely good!
SUPPLEMENTS
