Turkey Zucchini Poppers
Servings 4 people
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs ground turkey or ground chicken
- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 clove minced garlic

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Combine well.
- Form mixture into large balls and place them onto the baking tray, the way you would with cookies. This should you give you 10-12 balls.
- Bake for 18 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool a bit. Then broil them for 2-3 minutes or until golden and crisp. Flip them over and broil the other side.
- With just 5 easy steps, the dish is done. This dish is lite and tight and one of my personal dinner faves. Check out some of my salads too, they are the perfect side dish.
