Banana Almond Oat Breakfast Cookies

These are basically breakfast in a cookie, and easy to grab and go! We like to eat them as a treat or snack, they’re super satisfying, nutritious and delicious. I have been making different versions of these for years! Kris loves them, they’re vegan (if you add honey they’re not), gluten free, dairy free and delicious!

You can easily swap out the chocolate for raisins, dried cranberries, cacao nibs. I often add in cinnamon and have even added pumpkin spice. It’s one of those easy to adapt and change up recipes! Enjoy!
