Salads are something so many of us eat regularly. I know I ear salad twice a day, this is my Basic Champagne Vinaigrette. It works on any salad, no matter the ingredients because it’s super simple and made with easy to enjoy flavours.
Basic Champagne Vinaigrette
Servings 1 serving
Ingredients
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp minced fresh garlic
- 3 tbsp champagne vinegar
- ½ cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mustard, garlic, vinegar, 1 tsp salt and
- ½ tsp pepper.
- While whisking, add in the olive oil, until the vinaigrette is emulsified.

This recipe makes 3/4 cup dressing
