For the past 6 months I have been hooked on this or a variation of this smoothie for my daily breakfast. Every day until noon, I eat fruit, more specifically orange and yellow fruits (minus citrus and lemon) all blended together. Since doing this I have noticed a crazy change in my energy levels and digestion.
As many of you know, I have been a loyal bulletproof coffee (see article here) drinker for YEARS – but ever since I transitioned into food combining, some of my routines have changed, mainly caffeine. I still believe in and LOVE my BPC, but after cutting it out for a month to focus on food combining, cold brew coffee was suggested to me when re-adding caffeine into my life.
