  1. Hi KG! What fruits are you eating on a daily basis? Also, if I do a smoothie, would adding oat milk be straying from the food combining rules?

  2. Hey! Just some feedback: your hyperlinks aren’t coloured or underlined and it isn’t totally clear that the text can be clicked on to your linked articles (ie. the morning smoothie and food combining pages). It may be helpful to highlight these in some way :).

  3. I initially thought I’d feel hungry but I’ve been eating fruit till noon for a week and I love it/don’t feel that hungry! I have my smoothie first thing, then snack on fruit later in the am

  4. fruit till noon has changed my life! The first week was challenging but then I found myself actually craving the fruit, and now I don’t want anything else 🙂 thank you!

  5. I love fruit, but always limited myself because I thought it would be too much sugar and I would gain weight. If I would have fruits, it would be after my meals as dessert (ahhh), it’s part of my culture. But now eating it alone and till 12 is a game changer! I don’t feel bloated or uncomfortable and I can enjoy my fruits! Thank you xx

    So no yogurt and fruit bowl with seeds ? Smoothie consists of fruit and nut milk, or water ?
