I initially thought I’d feel hungry but I’ve been eating fruit till noon for a week and I love it/don’t feel that hungry! I have my smoothie first thing, then snack on fruit later in the am
fruit till noon has changed my life! The first week was challenging but then I found myself actually craving the fruit, and now I don’t want anything else 🙂 thank you!
I love fruit, but always limited myself because I thought it would be too much sugar and I would gain weight. If I would have fruits, it would be after my meals as dessert (ahhh), it’s part of my culture. But now eating it alone and till 12 is a game changer! I don’t feel bloated or uncomfortable and I can enjoy my fruits! Thank you xx
I was a little tired at first because fruit is incredibly cleansing and that detoxification can cause tiredness but within a week my energy levels were higher than ever!

no! absolutely not! you can eat or blend but in both cases you have to chew a bit!

So no yogurt and fruit bowl with seeds ? Smoothie consists of fruit and nut milk, or water ?
I do just fruit and water xo you can do coconut milk, coconut water or even coconut yogurt with fruits
