Katherine’s Denim Faves
It’s been about 2 years now that I slowly have transitioned into more rigid straighter denim styles and moved away from skinny stretchy jeans. I truly never saw myself wearing a pair of jeans that wasn’t stretchy or skinny for that matter but I guess that’s the game of fashion, we transition slowly.
I have really tried it all, I am a major consumer, as you all know and contrary to the past, you truly don’t need to spend a fortune for great denim. At the moment I am loving the selection on Zara, their denim has been killing it and the fits, for the most part, are great. Dynamite has been my denim go to for the last 3 years, the quality is exceptional, price point is right on and their styling is very much up to speed.
Here are two styles I am constantly reaching for right now.
Zara Flared Ripped Jeans
These are super comfortable, really flattering, very long (which I love, you can cut them) and on trend. They kind of have it all going on without being too much. They have the slit at the bottom, rips in knees and a flared/ straight look. They also contain a little stretch which is a nice change from most of the jeans I wear. I take a size US 6, they are a little more generous in terms of sizing but I like that they are not skin tight.
Dynamite Amber 90s Jeans
I have been loving all the newer denim styles on Dynamite but these are really perfect. They’re rigid but not suffocating, high waisted, straight leg, not too wide and they come in different lengths so you can get the right look! I take a 27 and love the way they fit.

ZARA JEANS SLIM FIT ‘90S
I only used to wear skinny jeans. More recently, the thought of wearing skinny jeans all day stresses me out. I love a good pair of slim fit or regular fit jeans that aren’t too suffocating and fall perfect with any kind of shoe (hi or low top). These slim fit 90s for Zara are my go-to. I have them in Black and Blue and wear them on rotation.
ZARA STRAIGHT TAPERED JEANS
If you are looking for a more loose and “boxy” feel, but don’t want a boot cut jean, I would go for these straight tapered jeans from Zara. A solid 10/10 for comfort and style.
LEVI’S Blue 501 Original Fit Jeans
You could never go wrong with a pair of Levi’s. The perfect fit with a little bit of vintage look!

TOPSHOP JAMIE JEANS
These are my all time favorite jeans. I have them in every wash and color. Not even kidding, I own at least 10 pairs. What I love about them is the high rise, easy stretch but most importantly, they come in 34” inseam! I’m 5’9” and find it hard to find jeans that are long enough for me. These beauties even come in 36” inseam for all my tall ladies out there.
DYNAMITE – ETHOS Oversized Denim Jacket
I love a good jean jacket and this oversized one is the perfect addition to any outfit.
