For the past 6 months I have been hooked on this or a variation of this smoothie for my daily breakfast. Every day until noon, I eat fruit, more specifically orange and yellow fruits (minus citrus and lemon) all blended together. Since doing this I have noticed a crazy change in my energy levels and digestion. Why these fruits in particular? They are filled with magnesium, fibre and tons of other vitamins, minerals and enzymes… Which are all essentials to the body and help jump start the day. Having fruit in the morning facilitates elimination and gives you INSANE energy. I used to love having oats, toast, eggs, etc, in the morning but never realized that digesting those kinds of foods actually take up a lot more energy. I didn’t realize until I started doing the fruits only until noon that I could have even more energy than I did before.

I’ve tried Tau and Avril, no success. Would Nature Sante have them? Also, how much water? Since adding all that fruit to my Vitamix will be so thick, and I don’t want to dilute too much. Thank you! 🙂
I usually just cover the fruit with water and then if it has trouble blending I add more.

yes! I divide it in half and drink one half before my workout and the other half after.

You can generally find the juice or concentrate online! if not use some wild blueberries XO
Hi, can I make this the night before and drink in the AM? would it still have the nutritional benefits? I head out the door pretty early in the morning.
A good idea is to have it ready in blender the night before and then just add water, blend and go! you can also pre-pack your fruits for the week in individual bags!
Since coconut milk is neutral, it can be used for the smoothie too?
it can but make sure it’s homemade in that case! I still would prefer water
or even coconut water! not as heavy
