Below is my version of a Shepard’s Pie that follows the rules of food combining. I modified my Sweet Potato Shepard’s Pie recipe and made this one cauliflower mash and some veggies in between. You can also make this recipe with corn if you are not following food combining. It is one of my fave dishes for the fall / winter. I served it in one of our #GlwGrls meetings and it was hit!
